ScotGEM fees fully funded for the graduate programme

Thinking of applying to the Scottish Graduate Entry Medicine Programme (ScotGEM)? Applicants assessed as Home funded for fee status purposes will have their tuition fees paid for by the Scottish Government.

You will need to sit the GAMSAT in order to be considered for 2018 entry into the Scottish Graduate Entry Medicine Programme (ScotGEM). Standard registration for the GAMSAT closes on Friday 4th August 2017 – 13.00pm. Need some more time? There is also a late registration deadline which is Monday 14th August 2017 – 13.00pm. Please note that there is a £60 late registration fee added on to the cost of the test if you register after the 4th August.

A bursary of £4,000 per year will be made available to students on ScotGEM. For each £4,000 claimed, there will be a commitment to one year of service in NHS Scotland. This is an optional grant, worth £16,000 over the four year course. For further information about the programme and entry requirements click here.
