On the Day of the Interview
All applicants will be asked to complete the relevant PVG (previously Disclosure Scotland) documentation and an Occupational Health screening (OHS) form. Whilst you are onsite one of the Recruitment Co-ordinators will check your ID and eligibility to work documentation (see below) and will check these against the information you enter on the PVG form and will scan / copy those required for use in the recruitment process.

The information that is contained in both the PVG and OHS forms will only be used if you are successful at interview; if this is not the case both documents will be destroyed confidentially.

For information, checks received from PVG will only be available to the recruiting manager and to the recruitment administration staff. This will be retained within the Recruitment & Administration Office for a maximum of 6 months.
