Career Conversation into… Dressing for success in the workplace

Dress for success Scotland helps women into employment by providing an interview outfit and by supporting them and building their confidence throughout their transition into work. As part of a worldwide charity in 150 cities across 20 countries, the organisation has helped 850,000 women work towards self-sufficiency to date.

Dress for success offer a a bespoke one-to-one session with a personal dresser to help them choose an appropriate and stylish interview outfit. If successful at interview, clients can return for a capsule wardrobe of work wear.

The service aims to boost confidence and raise self-esteem, increasing the chances of a successful outcome for clients.
