Student Experience Summit 2015

The Student Experience Summit is an annual event at GCU, where staff and students come together to discuss key issues surrounding the University’s commitment to deliver a ‘truly outstanding’ student experience.

This year’s summit will take place on Wednesday 25th February 2015 from 10am to 2pm in H113 (William Harley Building) and will be chaired by Michael Stephenson, Student President. The focus is onPartnerships in Practice: Enhancing Student Employability at GCU. Participants will be asked to consider the nature of student/staff partnerships at GCU and how they can be developed and sustained, specifically with a focus on employability.

Student participation is at the heart of the summit. The organisational group has an even mix of students and staff and the event itself will be student-led with support and input from staff throughout. The format of the event is flexible. Ideally you will attend the full event but if this is not possible, you may choose to attend one or more individual discussion group. Time has been factored in to the end of each discussion group to allow students and staff to leave or enter a discussion.
