Jaguar Landrover: Women in Engineering Networking Event, Tuesday 22nd November

18/11/2011

WE (Women in Engineering and Industry) at Jaguar Land Rover are holding a networking event at Strathclyde University Careers Service, LT6.26 Livingstone Tower, on Tuesday 22nd November, starting at 5:30pm.

All female engineering students are invited to come along and hear from some of the women who make things happen at the heart of Jaguar Landrover. You will get to share experiences with fellow students, and find out more about what a career in engineering could be like, as well as life at Jaguar Land Rover. Current Jaguar Land Rover trainees and senior Jaguar Land Rover women engineers will tell you about the projects they have worked on and the decisions that have influenced their careers to date.

Perhaps most importantly though, you will have the opportunity to join the Jaguar Land Rover Facebook group for women engineers and make connections that will last throughout your career. So whatever engineering field, and no matter how far into their studies you are, they would love to meet you.

To register for the event please  send your name, course, university, graduation year and email address, detailing  the event you would like to attend, to events@jaguarlandrover.com

In addition, a prize-winner from each event will be offered the chance to better understand engineering at Jaguar Land Rover. For information about careers at Jaguar Land Rover, including our Engineering Sponsorship Scheme for Women, visit www.jaguarlandrovercareers.com  or go to Facebook, www.facebook.com/TheEngineeringNetworkForWomen
