The Three Chimneys is an award-winning restaurant in Colbost, Isle of Skye. The restaurant was opened in 1985 by Eddie and Shirley Spear. It has won over 30 major awards and in July 2010, was named as one of the New York food critic Frank Bruni’s top five favourite restaurants.

Opportunities exist to join the restaurant team under the leadership of new Restaurant Manager, James Payne, one of the indutry’s leading professionals and sommelier of greatest distinction. The restaurant is offering fantastic career-building opportunities for Waiting staff at Commis, Chef de Rang and Supervisor levels, who are on course to succeed at the very top of the restaurant business. Salaries range from £12,000 – £16,000pa plus several excellent benefits. 

If you are passionate about hospitality and aim to offer customers a high level of professional service, while placing as much importance upon a warm welcome and friendly engagement, then this could be the opportunity for you. Expert training in the workplace will be provided, but The Three Chimneys is also keen to develop their staff and work closely with West Highland College UHI, offering the opportunity to gain qualifications if required.
